This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that Sortfully uses to process personal data on behalf of our business customers, under our Data Processing Agreement. We keep this list current and, as our DPA requires, give Business customers prior notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor so they have an opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
Your own Microsoft 365 tenant is the source of your mailbox data: Microsoft is your provider, not a Sortfully sub-processor. Payment processing (Paddle) concerns data for which Sortfully is the controller, and is covered in the Privacy Policy rather than here.
Notifications of changes
Business customers can request to be notified of changes to this list. To subscribe to sub-processor change notices, or to raise an objection, contact dpo@sortfully.app. See section 6 of our Data Processing Agreement for the full process.
